Garden of Remembrance

The Nicole Ettere Gardens of Remembrance is located in Putnam County at 110 Old Route Six, Carmel, NY. This is one of the County office buildings where many people visit on a daily basis. The Garden was created in the shape of a heart to symbolize the love the families have for those they lost by suicide. The tree represents a new beginning every spring and renewed hope for the survivors. NAMI-Putnam County contributed funding for this Garden of Remembrance in memory of all those in Putnam County who died by suicide.
